From JAWA 1985,

here is a two RPH Models Z-1 and Z-2,developed by China NRIST company.

NRIST= Nanjing Research Institute of Simulation Technology.

The Z-1 was designed to train ground personnel that operated the Z-2. Work began in January and flew in May 1983. Both were part of a RPH feasibility study... the PRC took interest in the Z-2 for military multirole uses.
