For a surprising three years we've gone without argumentative derailing of topics, but recent postings in the Neptune Spear mystery wreckage topic has convinced me that the possibility of venturing down that road is still inevitable.

So here's how it is:

Offtopic political arguments that get out of hand will result in a locked topic for however long we see fit, in which we will either decide to start off fresh or reorganize it, thus giving people time to return to a civilized manner. Resorting to personal attacks will result in a ban for ANY involved members for however long we see fit. I will no longer give out warnings, as I've grown weary of being so lenient.

However, if you have been banned and can convince me of a mistake in my moderation, then please email me at stingray.srf@gmail.com. Understand that threats and personal attacks are unlikely to get you anywhere and will only make matters worse for you.
