Finally I have the means of expressing my love of that 80's "sound" into music of my own creation. This is what you'll find here in this topic.

First off, these are tracks that were meant for Battlewings, a film project I was working on before the fire. This was my first time ever creating music, so expect a lot of obvious amateurishness in a majority of them ("The Hunt" was the first one of all). A majority of the soundtrack would have consisted of 80's rock songs and synth-pop, especially in battle scenes, but the scenes with mostly just characters, establishing shots, and some moments of suspense, is where my music would have kicked in. The inclusion of Multipac's work was wishful thinking at the time, as I hoped for a collaboration. My favorites will always be "Leaving Ponyville / Canterlot Cityscape" and the alternate end titles. I'm most proud of those because they had the most effort put into them with pleasing results.

I've arranged them here in the order of which they would have appeared in the film:

Nice. Some of these sound a bit like Blade Runner.
