Well, anyway, I don't know the answer. I never knew there were "variants" to the Camcopter yet.
The comany actually has a small "line" of camcopters, but I'm not sure if they are all the same basic designs. There's also a proposal for an armed military Camcopter.

Flippin' heck!!! Never seen that one. Looks American, but that's about the only thing this picture inspires me... Perhaps an early configuration of the McCulloch MC-4?

Sikorsky HR2S-1W fitted with AN/APS-20E search radar. Customer was US Navy. 2 were built. As far as I know the Sikorsky designation would be S-56.
Perfect. I knew you'd figure it out, anyway, but I was hoping for it to be a bit more of a headache for other members... Your turn! (feels like there's only the two of us playing)
I actually have the digital transfer of the original on my hard drive. It's from the USAAM. There are all kinds of weird designs tested by the Army Aviation Board back in the late 50's and early 60's. I will try to get some of it in a format to upload to Youtube soon. I'm betting much of it hasn't been seen by anyone but a couple of archivists in over 50 years.
