Interesting find by Mil... it looks like a medium skycrane designed to carry a passenger pod or an IFV. Note what appears to be NOTAR technology incorporated into the tail.

thruster for better yaw control nice idea dealing with heading control, could they be getting rid of collective intermixing to reduce parts count and complex rigging?

IFV? aint it a bit small to be an infantry fighting vehicle? xD   IFVs are meant to carry troops. That little thing is more like a scout vehicle IMO.

That aside thanks for posting it! good find. I like the idea of including NOTAR-like stability instead of conventional tailplanes. Now we need to work on fitting this into the designation system...  that is if its even legit. :/
