Most forums have a thread like this, so why should this one be any different?

Post the movie(s) you watched recently.
For me:
-Top Gun
-Iron Eagle
-Iron Eagle 2 ............ thumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gif

I have no idea, but I know it was a big mistake, especially Iron Eagle 2. After watching Top Gun, that's like watching little kids playing with toy planes.

I agree. Iron Eagle tries to be like Top Gun, but I found it sort of fun to watch anyway. I never saw any of the sequels because I'm always watching for reviews... and it seems the series just gets worse and worse.

Nice to see you have good taste in movies like me.

I liked the first Iron Eagle too, and LOVED the theme song.

Which one? The B-movie with Thomas Ian Griffith or the bigger-budget one with Owen Wilson?

The one with Owen Wilson...

Had no idea there was a B-movie with that title.

Lifeforce

Should kill Twilight enthusiasts' interests in the horrible saga and convert them to fans of real vampire epicness. Although "The Lost Boys" should have a bigger impact than Lifeforce.

The effects are decent for a B-class sci-fi mashup of Alien and Dawn of the Dead.

The spaceship however, that I have a problem with. C'mon, it's a flying space artichoke/umbrella hybrid!

Southern Comfort.

I like this movie a lot. It's almost like Deliverance, but with National Guards.

Info at IMDB:

A squad of National Guards on an isolated weekend exercise in the Louisiana swamp must fight for their lives when they anger local Cajuns by stealing their canoes. Without live ammunition and in a strange country, their experience begins to mirror the Vietnam experience.

Graveyard Shift

Meh. Stephen King stories are great, but this felt like just another monster movie... one of many.
